CTBI promotes Racial Justice Sunday as an important moment in the church calendar for self-critical reflection on our contribution as churches to the work of racial justice, and works in partnership with member churches and the national ecumenical instruments in the work of anti-racism and inclusion. An important partnership in this area is the Racial Justice Advocacy Forum which works to address issues of racial injustice and advocate for reparations for those impacted by the legacy of trans-atlantic chattel slavery.
