Vacancy: Bloomsbury Student Community Pioneer – London District, Methodist Church

London District of the Methodist Church is seeking a Bloomsbury Student Community Pioneer:

Step into an exciting new role as the Bloomsbury Student Community Pioneer and help imagine, launch and grow a vibrant Christian community in the heart of London’s university district. You’ll build life-giving relationships, foster inclusive evangelism and create imaginative spaces where students and young adults can encounter God and explore discipleship.

You’ll gather, equip and lead a diverse pioneering team, experiment boldly with new forms of mission and help shape a spiritually deep community that embodies the gospel in fresh and transformative ways.

You will directly support the London District Mission Plan by reaching students and young adults beyond traditional church structures and contributing to a growing, inclusive, evangelistic and justice-seeking Church.

Working closely with the Methodist Church’s London District Team and Connexional Evangelism & Growth Team, you’ll play a strategic role in a growing movement to establish new Christian communities in higher and further education settings across Britain.
