A service to celebrate the contribution of Christians in the Middle East was held at Westminster Abbey on 4th December 2018. It was attended by His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales who read a reflection expressing concern for the difficult situations endured by Christians in the region, and support for those communities most affected.
The Address was given by Justin Welby, Archbishop of Canterbury.
Bob Fyffe, General Secretary of Churches Together in Britain and Ireland, gave one of the readings – Job 38: 1-11.
Archbishop Angaelos, Coptic Orthodox Archbishop of London (and also moderator of the CTBI trustees) was among those saying prayers.
