Cytûn (Churches Together in Wales) has published an update on how it is seeking to serve Wales’ churches at a time of considerable challenge and change concerning asylum and migration issues.
The 8 page document details the work Cytûn has been involved in since the controversial placing of asylum detainees in Cardiff Prison in 2001.
The Refugee update is available from the Cytûn website.
In partnership with the Cardiff Adult Christian Education Centre, Cytûn has arranged a meeting at City United Reformed Church, Cardiff at 7:30 pm Friday 20 November to consider how churches should best respond to the refugee situation. Everyone is welcome. Other meetings are being held throughout Wales.
